I became a nurse practitioner because of my mother, who had a long battle with breast cancer. I want to educate women and help them feel empowered about their health.
I grew up in Lakeville and lived in Colorado and Chicago for school. I started my nursing career in Chicago at Rush Medical Center working in the NICU, PICU, postpartum and labor and delivery.
I enjoy working with women from adolescence through menopause. My special interests are contraception and high risk pregnancy.
When Not at Work
I live in Bloomington with my husband, three children, and three dogs. When I am not at work or a hockey rink, soccer game, lacrosse field; I enjoy interior design, spending time at our family cabin, traveling, and taking runs with our labradoodle.
