Get to Know Me
I grew up in Plymouth, Minnesota. I was a soccer and basketball player in high school, and a collegiate soccer player. I realized that I wanted to be a provider when I was a freshman in college.
I’ve been a part of many sports teams where I was supported fully and without judgment by my peers. This experience propelled me into women’s health.
I believe every woman should have a team of people on her side to support and care for her, as she deserves to be supported and cared for.
I see patients for anything from annual exams, fertility treatment, infection checks, contraception conversations, mental health disorders, and obesity treatment. I have a special interest in evidence-based, holistic metabolic health and wellness.
When Not at Work
I live in Victoria, MN with my husband and 3 young kids. When not working, I’m busy running around with my kids, attempting to grow a garden, learning how to cook, and having occasional date nights with my husband.
I love running when my knees allow it, lifting weights, and spending time with my family and friends.
I am also a founding board member of the Minnesota Obesity Society and am working to educate others on this important topic.
