Get to Know Me
The majority of my childhood was spent in Iowa, but I’ve had the privilege of living internationally as well, in Japan and England.
Before beginning my medical career, I spent a decade working as an IT consultant. However, my interest in medicine was sparked early on through exposure to the field, as both my father and grandfather were physicians. Over time, I came to realize that my true passion lies in working directly with women and contributing to their health and well-being.
I enjoy providing primary care and health education to women in each season of life and have a special interest in mental health and menopause management.
When Not at Work
I live in Minneapolis with my husband, our two children, and two golden retrievers. I’m an avid reader, and enjoy gardening and cooking. We spend a lot of time in the hockey rink and I love to spend time at our cabin enjoying Midwest summers.
