Get to Know Me
I grew up in Hopkins and have always called Minnesota home. I started my nursing career in 1985. My nursing background includes urgent care, primary care, and OBGYN specialties.
My personal philosophy of nursing is that women should receive personalized healthcare that focuses on wellness and choice. In my role as a nurse practitioner, I strive to provide women with the knowledge they need to achieve the healthiest state of well-being as possible. I enjoy working with women across the lifespan with a strong focus on prevention and healthy lifestyles.
I have had the privilege of working with many of my clients from their teens to perimenopause. I love the collaborative relationships I have built with my patients.
When Not at Work
My husband and I live in Minnetonka and are empty nesters, we currently have two dogs and one cat.
I really enjoy doing yoga, gardening, reading, and traveling.
When I have extra time, I volunteer at the Bond Between, assisting with cat care.
