My favorite part of being a doctor is educating patients, really diving into a woman’s whole life experience and presenting options while we determine a treatment plan together. I want my patients to learn and understand what's going on with their bodies and discuss available medical & surgical options.

Get to Know Me

I have cared for women with pelvic floor disorders in the Twin Cities for the past 14 years. I provide comprehensive treatment that includes medical and non-surgical options, as well as surgery. My favorite part of being a doctor is walking alongside my patients providing information, support, and heart.

A urogynecologist is a physician with special training in urology, gynecology, obstetrics, and colorectal health who focuses on the evaluation and treatment of conditions concerning the female pelvic organs and their supporting muscles and tissues as well as pelvic reconstructive surgery.  Common conditions we see:

Urinary and Female Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Pelvic Pain and Pressure, Vaginal Mesh Removal and Revision, Vesicovaginal and Rectovaginal Fistulas, Painful Intercourse, Pelvic Floor Problems Associated with Childbirth, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.

When Not at Work

I love spending time with my family, especially visiting the Minnesota State Fair! In the winter you can find me cheering on my kids at the hockey rink.
