Dr. Persch grew up in Minnesota, California, and Illinois, graduating summa cum laude in biochemistry from DePauw University. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed her OBGYN residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.

Dr. Persch takes joy in providing prenatal care that is respectful and empowering to women. She also brings compassion to those with complicated reproductive journeys, whether that includes infertility, pregnancy loss, or prior complications. She very much enjoys providing routine and general women’s health care, especially for adolescents and teens as they take their first steps to engage in care.

Dr. Persch is also a skilled gynecologic surgeon with specialties including hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, open, and robotic surgeries, and offers both non-surgical and surgical treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids.
