Regina Cho, MD
Joined Almara in 2006

I find the most rewarding moments are when I can help a patient understand the physiology and anatomy behind her symptoms, and then be an active participant in deciding which treatment pathway is best for her. Teaching a patient to understand the “how” and “why” behind a medical condition can be very empowering. I feel privileged to be a part of their healthcare journeys.

Get to Know Me
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I made my way to New Jersey for school and majored in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University in Princeton. I then attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio and completed my OBGYN residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
I have now been practicing at Almara for almost 20 years and feel privileged to have walked alongside so many women in their healthcare journeys.
When Not at Work
Outside of work, I enjoy being active, going for a run or a walk with our dog while listening to a good audio book, spending time with my family on our boat, and traveling the world. Our family loves collaborating on escape rooms and jigsaw puzzles together.
