Get to Know Me
I grew up in Plymouth, MN on the edge of the busy suburbs and the country. Growing up, I worked on farms and stables nearby, which is where my love for the country, animals, and the outdoors stem from.
I loved working as a postpartum/antepartum bedside nurse, but I wanted to be able to provide more for women and partner with them in their health throughout their lives. I knew becoming a nurse practitioner would allow me to do this.
Whether it’s helping women navigate pregnancy, managing chronic conditions or providing preventative care, I feel privileged to be a part of their healthcare journey. I am able to build strong trusting relationships with women, offering them guidance and education about their health at every stage of life. It’s incredibly rewarding to empower women to take charge of their health, advocate for themselves and feel supported.
I see patients for all women’s health needs throughout the lifespan and have a special interest in helping women with fertility and metabolic health.
When Not at Work
I live just south of the Lakeville area with my husband and our two sons on a Christmas tree farm. We also have two dogs, a cat, and chickens. We hope to one day have more animals and expand our tree farm to be a hobby farm!
When not at work I am usually chasing my kids and animals around, but I also enjoy cooking, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
