Get to Know Me
I grew up in North St. Paul, MN. In my adult life I have moved several times but have always lived in close proximity to the twin cities. I enjoy the mix of culture and nature that Minnesota provides.
With a foundation in health education and hands-on experience in labor and delivery, choosing to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner was a natural and deeply meaningful progression in my career. I love women’s health because it brings together everything I value. I can address not just reproductive health but the full spectrum of physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. I am committed to being an advocate, educator, and provider who supports women through every age from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
Areas that I am specifically interested in are metabolic health and the menopause transition.
When Not at Work
I live in the Stillwater area with my husband, kids, and dog. I enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with my family & friends, traveling, eating, reading, and relaxing by the pool. In the summer I love watching the constant stream of hot air balloons float over the St. Croix River near my house.
