Get to Know Me
I completed my residency training at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX where I served a primarily Latina population. This is where I became proficient in Spanish and fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology while delivering thousands of babies.
The joys and challenges of balancing my personal and professional life, along with my own experiences with infertility, a high risk pregnancy and now middle age, have deepened my understanding and connection with women.
When Not at Work
I live in St. Paul with my husband Scott, and our three teenagers. We love to travel, especially enjoying outdoor adventures like canoeing in the Boundary Waters, rafting the Grand Canyon, or hiking in national parks.
In my spare time I enjoy pilates, biking, and cooking. I also spend a lot of time on ski hills and soccer fields, supporting my children’s sports activities.
