Our bodies are instruments, not ornaments. We should celebrate our different shapes and sizes, our cesarean scars, and all the other beautiful imperfections that make us who we are.

Get to Know Me
I grew up in Mound, MN. I realized that I wanted to be a women’s health provider when my three sisters and friends reported poor experiences in the healthcare system. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for all people. I know how important it is for patients to have a provider that listens, provides education, and supports shared decision making for their healthcare needs. I am passionate about reproductive rights and my special interests include complex OB care, sexual/reproductive health, and LGBTQ+ care.
When Not at Work
I live in a suburb of south Minneapolis with my wife and our two dogs (Lilo and Stitch). When I am not at work I enjoy spending time outside, playing co-rec softball, attempting DIY home renovations, traveling, coaching collegiate diving, and reading fantasy novels.
