Get to Know Me

I grew up in Wisconsin near Milwaukee and spent my summers in Minocqua, where I waterskied with the Min-Aqua Bats. As a former college athlete, I learned early on the value of teamwork, trust, and showing up for the people around you. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my career and continue to shape how I care for patients and work alongside colleagues. After college, I spent several years coaching gymnastics, and today one of my greatest joys is watching my daughter discover a love for the sport herself.

I’ve always been drawn to caring for women during some of life’s most meaningful transitions. As a nurse practitioner, I have the privilege of supporting women and families through both the excitement and uncertainty that can accompany pregnancy. My professional interests include high-risk pregnancy care, diabetes management in pregnancy, perinatal mental health, and preconception counseling. I’m passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate their journey to parenthood.

When Not at Work

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our three children, and our dogs, Captain and Sophie. You’ll often find me cheering from the sidelines at a sporting event, practicing hot yoga, or enjoying time on or near the water. I love a good game of cribbage with my husband, road trips to the cabin, and fishing off the dock. My favorite days are the simple ones: coffee at the lake, nowhere particular to be, and my family together.
