Having lived across the Midwest, I’ve found my home in Minnesota. I enjoy trying various new restaurants and experiences that the Twin Cities offer.
I became a PA to empower women with clear and practical health information. My goal is to partner with them in creating sustainable wellness plans that fit their unique lives. As a woman, I understand the specific challenges we face, and I aim to make healthcare a collaborative and supportive experience. I enjoy working closely with women to build confidence and pursue vibrant, healthier futures.
My special interests include primary care and metabolic health and wellness.
When Not at Work
I live with my son, my husband and our large dog, Zata. I love traveling, cooking and gardening in the summer.
