Get to Know Me
After majoring in Biology with a secondary concentration in Scandinavian Studies at St. Olaf College in Northfield, I attended the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. I then completed my OBGYN residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. I am also a certified physician coach working with physicians across the country on weight loss and goal setting.
I see women with concerns ranging from obstetrical, to gynecological, menopausal to metabolic health. Together we focus on a customized solution to their concern that is evidence based.
My ultimate goal for my clinical practice is to align with women and help them to create the goals in their health, reproduction, weight. Any goal they want to achieve, we work towards together.
When Not at Work
My interests include travel, cooking, knitting, preserving food, sewing, reading, and spending time with my husband, two children, and goldendoodle at the lake.
