Growing up I watched my sister struggle with PCOS and the frustrations that followed with finding the correct provider to treat the many aspects of PCOS. Her journey ignited my passion to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and I strive to be the provider that my sister needed. A provider who listens, advocates and provides evidence-based patient centered care.

Get to Know Me
I grew up in Eagan, Minnesota. I moved up to Duluth for my nursing program but knew that I always wanted to return to the Twin Cities for my doctorate program where my family is located. After watching my sister’s journey with PCOS, I knew early on that I had a passion for women’s health. With that passion, I started my career as a RN on a labor and delivery unit which strengthened my desire for caring for women during different stages of life and led to becoming a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
My special interests in women’s health include PCOS and infertility.
When Not at Work
I now live in Woodbury with my husband and daughter. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family, cooking/baking, and biking. I love trying out new recipes, especially dessert recipes and perfecting my cake decorating skills.
My husband and I enjoy doing house projects and we actually completely renovated our current house which was challenging but a blast.
