Established in 2025, the Almara Women’s Health Hub was created to bring comprehensive, whole‑person women’s healthcare together under one roof. Designed with comfort, convenience, and continuity of care in mind, this location offers a full spectrum of services provided by experts dedicated exclusively to women’s health.

Located in the 6565 Tower of Southdale Medical Building south of Crosstown HWY 62 and East of France Ave.
Parking Directions
Free parking is available in the ramp on the east of Southdale Medical Center off Drew Avenue between 65th and 66th Streets. Please walk from the parking ramp into the 6565 medical building on the street level. Once in the medical building, please take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Urogynecology
Specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders, including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and other conditions that impact daily life. Our board‑certified physician delivers advanced, evidence‑based care with compassion and expertise.
Primary Care
A full range of primary care services tailored to women’s unique health needs. From preventive care and annual wellness visits to chronic disease management, Dr. Bowman our primary care physician supports women at every stage of life.
Maternal Fetal Medicine
Specializing in the health of mother and baby during high risk pregnancies. We work closely with genetic counselors, neonatologists, pediatrics, and cardiologist to integrate care.
Lactation Services
Personalized guidance for new and expecting parents, including breastfeeding support, feeding plans, and assistance with common challenges. Our certified lactation consultant partners with families to build confidence and support optimal infant health.
Dietitian Services
Nutrition services provided by our registered dietitian. Patients receive individualized guidance for weight management, chronic conditions, fertility and pregnancy nutrition, along with overall wellness.
Bone Density
Bone density decreases slowly over time and often goes unnoticed until a fracture occurs, most commonly in the vertebrae, hip, and wrist. Monitor your fracture risks with bone density scans.
Body Composition
Learn more about your health using our DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) machine. The DEXA scan provides a precise analysis of your body's primary components of fat, muscle, and bone.
